made’n’found was established by Kass Hall after it became obvious that there were many talented handmade art and crafters in Australia, with talents in many areas, but no ONE place to utilise them.
made’n’found has its earliest beginnings online, but will soon create a one-stop bricks and mortar space where quality Australian handmade art and crafts will be available for purchase, as well as a community and education space. made’n’found will be open to all and will strive to promote and support artisans in whatever their goals might be, while keeping a sense of support and friendship about it.
made’n’found is the brainchild and baby of Melbourne artisan Kass Hall. Armed with degrees in Visual Art and Design and Education, she sought to utilise her experience and provide a positive place for artisans from around Australia to develop skills, sell their crafts and be supported in business and friendship through community spirit and the overwhelming need for like-minded souls to ‘band together’.
